Quality certifications
All of Refresco's production sites have been certified according to the International Food Standard (IFS) or, in the UK, to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) protocol to ensure food safety. We have completed the ISO 14001 certification for the majority of our production sites, with two sites acquired in 2010 scheduled for completion by the end of 2011.

What is IFS?
IFS stands for International Food Standard, which is developed to ensure the safety of the products that are sold. IFS helps to comply with all legal safety requirements and gives common and transparent standards to all concerned suppliers as well as a concrete and strong answer to the high safety expectations of customers. The end goal is to continuously improve safety for the consumer.
