Strategy

Refresco follows a Buy & Build strategy aimed to extend its presence in the European market through acquisitions as well as by autonomous growth. Growth by acquisition of strong regional soft drink and juice manufacturers is an important element of Refresco's Buy and Build strategy. It will bring further geographical spread and broadening of our product-portfolio within the non-alcoholic beverages category resulting in better service to our pan-European customers and value creation for our stakeholders. Refresco focuses on servicing retailers with private label products and to co-manufacture for A-brand customers.

This strategy is implemented and executed through companies with regional strength, supported with the synergies and economies of scale offered by the Group. Refresco has customers throughout Europe.

At the basis of Refresco's succes lie three cornerstones: Quality, Reliability and Cost-leadership. We consider these as our roots that are crucial to conduct our bottom-line business.

Organization

Refresco is a decentralized organization with fully integrated regional business units who have a high level of independence and responsibility. A small central management team initiates and coordinates the strategy of the Refresco Group. Financial control and purchasing are under full control of the central organization. Commercial responsibilities are regionally organized in order to have a local to local communication towards trading partners. Account management for international clients is coordinated centrally.
