Refresco Group N.V. has an international shareholder base. Approximately 60% of Refresco’s shares are held by institutional investors like investment and pension funds.

At December 31, 2015 the total number of outstanding shares of Refresco Gerber N.V. was 81,160,915.

Refresco  shares have been listed on the Euronext Amsterdam (RFRG) stock exchange since March 27, 2015. Refresco options are traded on Euronext Amsterdam.

Dividend policy

Refresco assumes a dividend payout policy that aims to pay out 35% to 50% of its annual adjusted net income.
